Welcome Fall!

It’s a new season! This past weekend was the beginning of Fall/Autumn. With a new season comes new opportunities–both personally and professionally. 

Recently we’ve had the opportunity to work with several small businesses, enhancing their marketing efforts through engaging and informative blog posts. It’s been a lot of fun learning these new spaces and helping these clients grow. Overall the experience has been rewarding and the feedback has been favorable. 

The fun hasn’t stopped there though! After working well with clients, a favorite off the clock activity has been making pumpkin spice steamers. Pumpkin spice steamer, you might ask, what is that? It’s almost the same as a pumpkin spice latte, except without the coffee. This warm seasonal drink gives you all the autumn feels without being too amped up from caffeine. That way, you can drink it nearly any time of the day! It’s kid and family friendly also, provided you don’t put too much sugar in it, and can be made with the milk of your choice.

Speaking of kid and family friendly, did you know that September 23rd is National Family Day? On this day, people choose to celebrate the family linked to them by blood and/or the family they’ve chosen. Family looks different, and varies by size, but can also include loved ones and friends. 

As the new season begins, there is a new opportunity to reconnect with family, refocus on your goals, and refine your writing strategy. Take some time out today, or this week if you can do something family related. That can be enjoying a favorite activity together, making a meal, or even sending a thoughtful text message.
